Merchants' ePolicy and eBill

Merchants Insurance Group's ePolicy and eBill offers convenient, personalized options to manage your account online. This service enables you to save time and money, keep all of your electronic records safe and secure in one place, and help the environment by reducing paper usage!
 
ePolicy and eBill is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To take advantage of our services, including eView, you must log in to the password protected area of our site. Once signed in, you can receive your:
  • ePolicy, to view and print Personal Auto, Home Owners, Dwelling Fire and Personal Umbrella policies.
    • You can also print Personal Auto ID cards when you need them!
  • eBill, to view, print, and pay your bills online.
How do I sign up?
  1. Click the "Sign up now!" link.
  2. Complete the necessary information to verify your identity.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  4. Select your electronic document delivery options such as ePolicy and/or eBill.
  5. You will receive an e-mail confirmation informing you that you have signed up for electronic delivery. In order to be granted access to our site, you will be instructed to reply to this email.
  6. When new policy documents are available to view, you will receive an email containing a link to the secure Policyholders' site.
What else can I do online with Merchants?
  • Review the status of your billing information, including your current billing invoice, and make one time electronic payments with an e-check, and/or sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Report your claim, or for personal auto, learn about how to download our Personal Auto claims' reporting app. Simply click on the "Claims" tab at the top of the home page to get started.
