Mr. Wright was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Merchants Mutual, Preferred and National from May 2008 to March 2021.

He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of W.J. Cox Associates, Inc. (an insurance and risk management firm servicing the forest products industry) since 1995, as well as serving as President of Lumbermen’s Insurance Company, Ltd. (an offshore independent captive insurance company exclusively servicing business controlled by W.J. Cox Associates, Inc.) since 1995.​
