Mr. Zoeller is the founder and CEO of Azeros Healthcare (2006) and Azeros Health Plans (2019). The Azeros brand is a strategic and consultative advisor to third-party administrators (TPAs), health insurers, and brokers that deal primarily in the self-funded healthcare industry. He was the founder in 1983 of Meritain (formerly North American Health Plans), one of the largest TPAs in the U.S.
