Mr. Carter has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Merchants as Litigation Manager in 2000, and then served as Senior Corporate Casualty Manager before his promotion.

  • Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation

Mr. Carter is also an adjunct professor of management and organizational leadership at Medaille College and a board member on the college’s Leadership Council.
