A new online claims reporting service is the latest way Merchants Insurance Group is assisting policyholders with their claims.
With online claims reporting, a Merchants’ policyholder will simply need to visit the company’s homepage, www.merchantsgroup.com, and follow the instructions under the “Claims” tab to report a claim. A dedicated Merchants’ claims representative will then contact the claimant to continue the claim process.
To further assist with the claim process, information for policyholders on the claims process and frequently asked questions are also available on the website. In addition to the new online reporting, Merchants’ policyholders can still report a claim to their agent or to their Merchants’ regional claims reporting office.
