Merchants Insurance Group is pleased to unveil a new version of their Merchants On‐Demand (MOD) digital media website designed for agents.
The site containers flyers, videos, and social media posts, plus simple tools and tips to help agents use digital media for increasing their online marketing presence.
The updates for the site were designed with input from Merchants’ agents. Some of the new features include a “single sign on”, which eliminates the need to enter a second password to access the site. All Merchants’ agency personnel can now access the site by signing in to the company’s site with their Merchants’ ID and password. Clicking on the “Merchants On‐Demand” button will automatically take the user into the new site.
Merchants also made the entire “Merchants On‐Demand” site easier to use, with more straightforward searching. The new “Welcome” page has a variety of buttons; clicking on the area of interest takes the user directly to the page, where they can find flyers designed for agents and those for policyholders; product videos created by Merchants to help agents sell; social media posts and resources, among other tools.
