Western Strategic Business Center Hosts Open House for Agents

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Merchants Insurance Group’s Western Strategic Business Center (WSBC) welcomed agents to an Open House at the company’s corporate headquarters in downtown Buffalo, New York.

This event provided a great opportunity for agents to connect with Merchants colleagues, enjoy food and refreshments, and strengthen relationships! Guests also had the chance to win raffle prizes, such as gift cards and Merchants-dise.

Merchants hosts Open Houses and agent events at each of its regional offices, offering agents valuable opportunities to connect with their local teams.
