Merchants Receives 2025 Ivans Spark Award
Merchants Insurance Group has been recognized with the 2025 Ivans Spark Award – Silver, a distinction that celebrates carriers for using technology to strengthen partnerships with independent agents and customer experiences. The award spotlights companies that drive connectivity across insurance lifecycles: marketing, quoting, servicing, and renewals.
This year’s recognition highlights Merchants’ commitment to innovation and its ongoing efforts to invest in digital tools to support agency partners and further collaboration. Merchants was among nine commercial lines carriers nationwide to receive the Silver Spark Award.

Ivans Spark awards will be formally presented in October 2025, during the Ivans Connect 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, which will bring together carriers, agents, and technology leaders to celebrate progress in digital distribution and connectivity.
