Merchants Insurance Group Promotes Stephen Cross to Assistant Vice President, Technology

Merchants Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Cross to Assistant Vice President, Technology.

Previously Manager of Technology Services, which encompasses IT Operations and Networking, Mr. Cross started work at Merchants in 2011, serving as Manager of Network Services.

In his new position, Mr. Cross will be responsible for setting objectives and strategies for the IT department at Merchants. Prior to joining the company, he served as an assistant vice president in user computing for a regional bank.

He is a 1999 graduate of the University at Buffalo with a BS in Computer Science, and also obtained an MBA from UB in 2006. He and his family reside in Amherst.
