Merchants Insurance Group Promotes Sam LaDuca to Senior Vice President

Merchants Insurance Group has promoted Sam LaDuca to Senior Vice President – Underwriting, Product and Actuarial.

Previously Vice President of Product Management and Actuarial at Merchants, Mr. LaDuca has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and actuarial fields. In his new role, he will lead the underwriting, actuarial, product management and product development functions for Merchants. He joined the company in 1997.

Mr. LaDuca, a resident of Clarence, is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) insurance designation. He is a graduate of Canisius College with a degree in mathematics
