Libardi Service Agency, Hicksville, New York, has been honored by Merchants Insurance Group with the 2013 Agent of the Year award. The award was presented to agency principal William Libardi.
The Agent of the Year award recognizes one of Merchants’ 600+ independent agencies for achieving success through outstanding customer service. Award recipients must embrace Merchants’ core values of integrity, respect, loyalty, teamwork and the aspiration to improve.
Libardi Service Agency was founded in 1965 and joined with Merchants in 1976. Bill Libardi took over the helm of the agency in 1993. Libardi Service Agency has also qualified for the Merchants Insurance Group President’s Club seven times, including this year.
