Merchants Sponsors and Participates in 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Merchants Insurance Group is proud to continue its sponsorship and participation in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s!
On Saturday, September 26, a group of Merchants colleagues and guests joined nearly 1,800 participants on 315 teams at the Buffalo Outer Harbor for Western New York’s 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
The Buffalo event is part of a national movement, with more than 600 Walk to End Alzheimer’s events taking place annually across the country, making it the largest fundraising event for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research in the world.
Merchants has sponsored the Alzheimer’s Association’s Buffalo and Erie County Walk to End Alzheimer’s since 2017. The company’s sponsorship and participation is coordinated by Michael Alessandra, Assistant Vice President – Internal Audit.
