Ken Carter, Corporate Casualty Claims Manager, Merchants Insurance Group, was one of the featured speakers at the 2013 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) in April in San Antonio, Texas.

Carter spoke on the topic of Litigation Management-The Technology and Art of Litigation Management.

Carter has been with Merchants since 2000, beginning as Litigation Manager. In 2005 he was promoted to his current position as Corporate Casualty Claims Manager. He obtained his CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) designation in 2007. The CPCU is earned by meeting requirements in insurance education, ethics and experience.
