Merchants Insurance Group recently launched their redesigned corporate website at www.merchantsgroup.com.

The new public facing website has been updated for enhanced user experience, with a focus on easier access to information for both current and prospective policyholders, prospective independent agents, and potential job applicants hoping to learn more about Merchants’ culture and the benefits of joining the team. The website redesign also includes a more modern aesthetic, reflecting the company’s commitment to continuous improvement alongside the ever-changing digital landscape.

The following enhancements are some of the updates that have been made to help current policyholders more quickly and easily access the information they need: 

     A “Pay My Bill” callout has been added to the menu to make this page, which details online or phone payments, easier to find.

     Billing information has been updated for easier access.

     The Claims page has been refreshed with new content to answer more questions and guide policyholders through the claims process.

     The Contact Us page has been updated so policyholders can quickly access the information they need.

As the new site also includes increased focus on prospective policyholders, visitors will see:

     A more eye-catching Agent Search function which can be found throughout the site

     A more comprehensive Products section and sub-sections: within both Insurance for Businesses and Insurance for Individuals

     An easier-to-navigate Billing & Payment Options section

     A more detailed and appealing About section, with additions to help site visitors learn more about Merchants Insurance Group, including:

For prospective new agent partners, Merchants’ public facing website now includes:

     An updated and enhanced Become an Agent page, including a new user-friendly fillable form for submissions

     A more comprehensive Products section with increased detail on specific product sub-pages, under both Insurance for Businesses and Insurance for Individuals

     A more detailed About section providing increased insight into the company’s leadership, history and values

     More robust information about regional office locations and leadership

For job-seekers considering joining the Merchants team, relevant updates on the new site include:

     A more expansive Careers page, listing information about both the corporate and regional office locations, the benefits Merchants offers in multiple categories, the company’s commitment to diversity, a section discussing internships, and testimonials from current professionals at the company.

     A new section on Company Culture, which allows site visitors to gain a fuller understanding of what being part of the Merchants team is all about, including diversity, philanthropy and wellness.
