Merchants Launches Redesigned Resource Library

Merchants Insurance Group is thrilled to announce the launch of the redesigned Merchants University, Merchants’ independent agent resource library!

Based on agent feedback and Merchants’ dedication to supporting its agent partners, the company has redesigned the user interface of Merchants University, the agent training section of our secure agent portal website, effective September 2024. Broken into key categories such as Quoting, Appetite, and Product, Merchants University contains a variety of resources to help agencies succeed: video tutorials, webinar recordings, and other training materials to guide agents through each stage of business with Merchants.

The refreshed Merchants University features an enhanced user experience and an adaptive design, allowing users to access, locate, and share content across devices and among agency staff.
