About Rich

Mr. Chichester rejoined Merchants in 2014 after working for a regional property and casualty carrier. Prior to this, he worked for Merchants from 1988-1992 as a District Marketing Manager in the Midlantic Region, and was awarded Merchants’ President’s Award, the highest award given to a Merchants’ employee, in 1991.
