Jessica Driscoll Named Regional Vice President of Merchants’ Eastern Strategic Business Center
Jessica Driscoll has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Merchants Insurance Group’s Eastern Strategic Business Center (ESBC) in Melville, New York, effective July 21, 2025.
Prior to this promotion, Ms. Driscoll served as Regional Underwriting Manager of Merchants’ Eastern Strategic Business Center.

Ms. Driscoll has over 20 years of insurance industry experience and a proven record of leadership in underwriting and field operations. She began her Merchants career in 2002 as an Underwriter in our Eastern Region before taking on multiple leadership roles at a large national carrier, including as an Area Sales Manager. There, she oversaw one of the company’s most substantial geographic territories. Her leadership there was also instrumental in reengineering business practices to improve underwriting rigor, reduce loss ratios, and align performance with long-term strategic goals.
Ms. Driscoll rejoined Merchants in 2023 and quickly advanced to the role Eastern Regional Underwriting Manager. She has played a key role in stabilizing operations, improving service delivery, and reducing loss ratios during a period of organizational transition. She was also instrumental in the Eastern Office’s move from Hauppauge to its current location in Melville in April, as well as the Agent Open House in May.

Ms. Driscoll has a strong track record of leading cohesive and effective teams and achieving targeted results. She has proven effectiveness in leadership roles, including within Merchants’ Eastern Regional Office.

With her promotion, Ms. Driscoll will lead our Eastern Region with a continued focus on underwriting discipline and service standards, profitable growth, and strategic agency relationships.

Ms. Driscoll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Towson University.
