The 15% COVID-19 Relief Payment provides eligible policyholders a 15% payment on their insurance premiums.
- In Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Vermont, the payment will be applied to Commercial Automobile and or MAP® Business Owners (excluding MAP® Auto Repair and MAP® Contractors) policy(s) for the months of April and May.
- In New York, the 15% Relief Payment will apply to Personal Automobile, Commercial Automobile and or MAP® Business Owners (excluding MAP® Auto Repair or MAP® Contractor) policy(s) for the months of May and June.[/minti_toggle]
- In Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Vermont, you are eligible for the relief payment if you have an active Commercial Automobile and or MAP® Business Owners (excluding MAP® Auto Repair and MAP® Contractors) policy(s) in the months of April and or May.
- In New York, you are eligible for the relief payment in May if you had an active Personal Automobile, Commercial Automobile or Business Owners (excluding MAP® Auto Repair or MAP® Contractor) policy(s) on April 30th. You are eligible for the relief payment in June if you have an active Personal Automobile, Commercial Automobile or Business Owners (excluding MAP® Auto Repair or MAP® Contractor) policy(s) on May 31st.[/minti_toggle]
- There is nothing for you to do to receive the COVID-19 Relief Payment.
- In Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Vermont, the April payment will be applied in mid-May and the payment will be reflected on your next insurance bill issued after that date. The May payment will be automatically applied in mid-June and the payment will be reflected on your next insurance bill issued after that date. If your policy(s) are paid in full or are no longer active, Merchants will issue a check to you within the following 30 days.
