Merchants Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Carr to Regional Vice President.
With the company since 2006, Mr. Carr had previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager.
He will continue to be responsible for regional operations such as underwriting, sales and agency contacts to ensure the company reaches profit and premium goals, as well as managing regional office staff.
The promotion was given in recognition of his significant contributions to the company and regional office management.
Mr. Carr’s region, the New England Regional Office, encompasses the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.
