Founded by Chris and Marlene Potts in 1992, Balloon Masters is a family-owned business that has created balloon decor for events and celebrations for over 30 years.
“We started with balloon stuffing – just putting teddy bears inside balloons, like 30 years ago, and then we graduated to doing decor,” said Marlene Potts. “We’ve just grown. We just got larger and larger as the years progressed.”
In addition to serving businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout the Western New York region, the company is committed to giving back through partnerships with local charities and supporting nonprofits through donations of their services. Balloon Masters prioritizes sustainability by recycling latex balloons, foil balloons, and ribbon.
