Built based on agent feedback, the New Business Solutions Center offers clear guidance on Merchants’ appetite, streamlined training materials for agency staff, and a mix of carrier-specific and industry insights. It offers practical, easy-to-use resources to support onboarding and ongoing training and to simplify the path to writing business with Merchants. The content is designed to add value for new and experienced agents.

The New Business Solutions Center is housed within Merchants University, the online resource library exclusively available to Merchants’ agent partners in their secure agent portal website. It features on-demand videos, webinars, and shareable content that fits seamlessly into busy agency workflows. As part of Merchants’ continued focus on ease of doing business, the platform will keep evolving based on agent input, ensuring partners have the support they need to grow and succeed.
