Merchants Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Cross to Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Cross has been with Merchants since 2011.  He has 20 years of various information technology roles with a history of enhancing competitive position through guiding technology strategy.

He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a BS in Computer Science and an MBA.  He and his family reside in Amherst.
