Merchants Insurance Group is proud to continue its sponsorship of the Alzheimer’s Association‘s Buffalo Walk to End Alzheimer’s for another year. Merchants began sponsoring the walk in 2017.
For this year’s walk, which took place on September 24th at Buffalo’s Outer Harbor, Merchants created a corporate team that raised additional donations and participated in the walk. The team was organized and led by Michael Alessandra, Merchants’ Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit. Michael Alessandra is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association Western New York Chapter.
“I’m grateful and appreciative of the support Merchants has given the Alzheimer’s Association over the past few years to address this disease that has touched so many of us,” stated Michael Alessandra.
