Merchants introduced its enhanced Workers’ Compensation Online Quoting Platform in December, 2021. The first quote & issue by Cassetta Agency’s Joe Gallivan was also completed in December, 2021.
The enhanced platform is a streamlined and intuitive quoting system that provides a quick premium, followed by underwriting intelligence that confirms eligibility, which in some cases allows for straight-through processing, and produces an industry-standard ACORD application. This system is very similar to our Merchants’ MAP® Contractors Package quoting platform. Its enhanced features include a new online underwriting referral process and modernized quote proposal.
