Merchants Insurance Group’s policyholder portal, My Merchants, has undergone a major design refresh, designed with extensive detail to meeting policyholder needs.
The updated My Merchants self-service portal provides an enhanced, more user-friendly experience with increased phone and tablet compatibility. Our updated design makes navigating the portal easier than ever!
New Text Alerts from Merchants
While the company has offered claims texting for years, for the first time, My Merchants now offers the option to enroll in text alerts from Merchants regarding billing and policy documents.
Policyholders who opt into text alerts will receive a text message from Merchants whenever they have a new document, like a bill, to view in the My Merchants portal. Policyholders can opt out or change preferences at any time on My Merchants.
